What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of sawabit.io (“the site”), run by Sawabit («ثوابت»), referred to here as “we” or “us”. Our apps on subdomains, such as qasemha.sawabit.io, have their own terms of use, which apply when you use those apps.
About the site
The site presents our studio, our services and our apps. Everything on it is general information. It is not a binding offer, and it may change without notice. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we can’t guarantee it will always be complete, current or free of interruptions.
Acceptable use
You may browse the site, read it and share links to it freely. You agree not to:
- use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
- try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or the servers it runs on;
- scrape or copy the site in bulk in a way that burdens our servers or republishes our content as your own;
- pretend to be Sawabit, or suggest that we endorse you when we don’t.
Intellectual property
The names “Sawabit” and «ثوابت», our logo, the names and logos of our apps, and the text, design and code of this site belong to us and are protected by law. You may quote short passages with a clear credit and a link back to the page. Any other use requires our written permission.
Ads and links to other sites
The site may show ads served by Google AdSense. Ads are chosen by Google, not by us, and showing an ad does not mean we endorse the advertiser or what they sell. Any dealings you have with an advertiser are between you and them.
The site also links to websites we don’t control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Working with us
Emailing us about a project does not create a contract or any obligation on either side. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written agreement that sets out its scope, price and terms.
Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about it, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after an update, the updated terms apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the competent Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If the Arabic and English versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.
